Hearst to launch Cosmopolitan Latina for Hispanic market


Hearst Magazine’s Cosmopolitan brand is to launch an edition for the English-speaking Hispanic market in the US.

Cosmopolitan Latina will be a bi-annual stand-alone print and digital edition, which will launch in May 2012. Content from the editions will also feature in targeted copies of the monthly edition of Cosmopolitan.

Cosmopolitan is working with Aegis Media's Carat to share key findings from a new research study, CCS Latino, with the media community, which will help to shape Cosmopolitan Latina.

The magazine will start with a distribution of 545,000, with possible plans to increase frequency and distribution in 2013.
